Privacy Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Fazza Group (the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), in order to inform visitors who use the contact forms on our website.

2. Personal Data Processed
Through the contact forms, the following personal data are processed: your full name, phone number, e-mail address, and any information you choose to share within the content of your message.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
Your personal data are processed solely for the purposes of receiving, evaluating and responding to your request or application and communicating with you, on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2)(e) of the KVKK — “processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right” — and Article 5(2)(f) — “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.”
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, solely to the extent necessary to respond to your request, with the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers from which we receive services; they are not transferred to third parties for marketing or similar purposes.
5. Retention Period
Your personal data are retained for the limitation periods prescribed by the applicable legislation following the conclusion of your request, after which they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
6. Your Rights under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are being processed;
- Request information regarding such processing, if any;
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether your data are used in accordance with that purpose;
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad;
- Request rectification of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate;
- Request the erasure or destruction of your personal data;
- Request that any rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data have been transferred;
- Object to any result arising against you through the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
- Claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
